Javelin Odyssey 10th Anniversary Logo Contest!!! (Jun 22nd 2010)
Sun Path Products Inc. needs your help. The 10th anniversary of the Javelin Odyssey is next year and we are looking for a 10th anniversary edition Javelin Odyssey logo. This logo will be used in place of the current Javelin Odyssey logo not only on the rigs but in all of our 2011 advertising. So get out that design table, kitchen table or coffee table and shows us your creative side! Entries are due no later the November 30th 2010. The designer of the winning logo will receive a FREE Javelin Odyssey 10th Anniversary edition. That’s right; your glasses are not fogged up. We said free, as in no money down, or ever. Get it? Good. All entries must be accompanied by a signed release form which will be available in a week or so. In the mean time start working on a design and get yourself a FREE JAVELIN ODYSSEY

Sun Path staff participates in event for wounded heroes (Apr 18th 2010)
Deland FL April 17-18 2010: Most of the staff of Sun Path Products Inc. left Raeford NC on April 15th headed for Deland FL to take part in an event that honors America’s wounded heroes with a weekend of golf, skydiving and relaxation. Complete Parachute Solutions also known as CPS hosted the Defending Freedom Wounded Warrior Weekend for the 4th year in a row. Members of the Wounded Warrior Project traveled to Deland to take part in the two day event, some making their first of what could end up being hundreds of skydives. The Wounded Warrior Project is a rehabilitative program that provides job training and assistance in adjusting to civilian life to service men and women wounded in the Global War on Terrorism. Several companies including Skydive Deland and Sun Path Products Inc. provided the aircraft, tandem jumpmasters and freefall camera flyers as part of their support of the event. After the day of tandem skydiving all 35 Wounded Warriors along with over 100 golfers played in a best ball golf tournament held at Pelican Bay Country Club in Daytona. The entire weekend gives some of our nation’s finest men and women a chance to relax and see how much they are appreciated by the skydiving community Along with Sun Path Products United Parachute Technologies, Performance Designs and Alti-2 are some of the major contributors to the event. Sun Path president Patricia Thomas said, “These men and women are simply amazing and we will always be willing to support such an event!” To find out how you can get involved go to www.woundedwarrriorproject.org

2010 Sun Path demo tour (Apr 21st 2010)
The 2009 Sun Path demo tour was a huge success. Starting in the middle of May, Chris Talbert will once again be hitting the road in the Sun Path RV bringing you a chance to test jump a brand new Javelin Odyssey. Check out the schedule and see when we will be near you. Come out and say hello, make a jump on a brand new harness container or just stop by and hang out! We are looking forward to seeing you all over the summer!

Sun Path President Patricia Thomas honored by Army’s top parachutists (Jan 4th 2010)
In keeping with her long standing tradition of hard work and dedication to sport and military parachutists; The United States Army Parachute Team has given Sun Path Products President Patricia Thomas the title of "Honorary Golden Knight" The title “Honorary Golden Knight” is bestowed bi-annually by The United States Army Parachute Team, “The Golden Knights”, the Army’s premier recruiting and public relations unit. People who have contributed tremendous amounts of time and effort to support the Team and its activities are those who can be nominated. The team votes on these nominations by secret ballot and those who are chosen to become honorary Golden Knights are “knighted” during a ceremony at the team’s bi-annual reunion held in Fayetteville NC. When asked about her selection as one of the 2009 honorary Golden Knights she blushed and said, “I was surprised to be nominated and now I am honored to have been selected.” After recalling her first meeting with the team at the World Parachuting Championships in 1989 she then recounted the many strong friendships that have grown throughout the years including the many team members who have worked for her after their time in the Army. Ms. Thomas is the president of Sun Path Products Inc. and we are all proud to have one of our own recognized for her hard work and dedication to the parachuting world.

Hayabusa defence team - military world champion 2009 (Aug 21st 2009)
Hayabusa Defence 4-way has once again won the military world championships (CISM)! After winning in Hyderabad, India 2007 they have retained their position as the fastest military 4-way team in the world with a victory in Lucenec, Slovakia. The team also set a new military world record for highest number of points in a competition increasing their own previous best of 315 points to 330 points in the meet. Sun Path Products Inc. would like to congratulate Hayabusa Defence as they once again show why the Javelin Odyssey is the Choice of Champions!
