Back to manufacture your container. Cordura fabric is most popular because
of its durability.

TIE DYE (Back)
Tie Dye is available on Cordura 1000 and Spandex fabric only. Tie dye prices
are based on quantity selected. Be careful when choosing dye color and base
color to ensure both colors mix well. We recommend that dye colors should be
darker than the base fabric color. Please use good judgment and please feel
free to call with any questions. Tie dye is a unique process and every batch
may appear different to another. Results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Ring Cover:
BINDING TAPE (#7 listed on order form) (Back)
Tape binds the edges of all flaps, leg pads, etc. We have the same colors
available as in materials. If you choose the same binding tape and fabric color,
we will try to match the tape as closely as possible. Please refer to our color
samples.
One color for Binding Tape is standard however you may change colors for an additional charge for each change of tape.

MID FLAP (Back)
Our Mid Flap is designed to offer the main pin protection you deserve in all
types of body positions.
Refer to the container drawing on the order form and enter the colors you have chosen next to the corresponding letters A, B, C, D, E. You may choose to use our coloring program located on our website.

Symmetrical Mid Flap Pattern.

Mid flap design with asymmetrical pattern. Asymmetrical refers to colors that
are not "paired up" on their respective location.
PIN STRIPE (Back)
Pinstripes are available for a decorative touch to personalize your custom
container. They are available on the mid-flap A through E, the number #3 flap
"A-Stripe" or "V�Stripe ", and the number # 4. Folded binding tape is inserted
and stitched in between listed flaps above.

BACK PAD (Back)

Standard back pad
The standard back pad is offered in a variety of Parapack colors. You may
also match the inside leg pads to your back pad.
Spacer Foam Back Pad:
Spacer Foam is the most comfortable and durable fabric we have found for use
on the back pad. We are so satisfied with its performance that if chosen we
also include the Spacer Foam on the Shoulders, Laterals, and Leg Pads. Spacer
Foam is available only in black.
Inside Leg Pads to match your back pad.
LEG PADS
Choose your color for outside the leg pad in a variety of Cordura 1000 or Parapack.
Standard material for inside the leg pads is black Parapack. You may match the color of the inside of your leg pads with your back pad color for an additional fee. Should you choose to add Spacer Foam to your back pad it will automatically be added to your leg pads unless otherwise specified.

EMBROIDERY (Back)
One color Javelin or Javelin Odyssey logos are placed on parts number #5
(sides of the container) and the left ring cover as a standard feature.
You may put your name or other custom embroidery on specified areas (space
allowing) with no set-up fee selecting color and writing style on areas: Right
ring cover, Phat Daddy Cut cutaway, Phat Daddy reserve handle.

5�s) and the # 3 flap. Custom logos may require a set-up fee such as digitizing

EMERGENCY HANDLES (Back)
We offer a new cutaway and reserve handle called the �Phat Daddy�.
The new Phat Daddy grip is an extra large soft grip pad with a hard tube insert
for improved grip. It is now available for cutaway handle (standard) and reserve
handle (optional)..

RESERVE RIPCORD HANDLE(Back)
The standard is a metal "D" stainless steel handle. We also have a soft �Phat
Daddy� handle as an option and this handle looks like a cutaway handle.

MAIN DEPLOIMET (Back)
You can choose a BOC throw-out or pull-out for main parachute deployment.
Pilot chutes are Black F-111 only and will include a Hackey (one or two- colored leather handle) or Freefly Handle. You choose the color and material.

HARNESS (Back)
Harness webbing is available in various colors. Please refer to our color chart.
The color of the risers will be matched to the harness unless you specify differently.

CHEST STRAP (Back)
For the chest strap you can choose between type 17 (1�� wide) and type 8 (2��
wide). The chest strap is designed to provide maximum upper harness protection
while complimenting the contoured yoke and protecting the cable housing. The
chest strap is an integral part of the harness.

ARTICULATION (Back)
We manufacture harnesses with stainless steel hip and chest rings. You may also
choose to have only hips rings or chest rings.
This option incorporates the function of hip and chest rings on the harness which
allows more mobility whether on the ground or in the air resulting in added comfort
and flexibility.
RISERS (Back)
The color of the risers will be matched to the harness unless otherwise
specified. Anti- twist design and regular dive loops are standard. A
standard riser length is 22� unless otherwise indicated. You can choose
between mini (Type 17 is one inch wide) or large (Type 8 is 123/32 inches
wide) risers. Triple risers are available. The harness container system will
be manufactured with an RSL.

3-RING SYSTEM RELEASE - RSL (Back)
The Reserve Lanyard is attached to your riser and will open your reserve container
after a cutaway from a partial malfunction.
SKYHOOK (Back)
While a normal RSL automatically pulls the reserve ripcord pin following a breakaway,
the new Skyhook RSL goes two steps further. It automatically releases the non-RSL riser
in case the RSL riser was released prematurely (Collins Lanyard) ensuring your reserve
will not deploy with half your main still attached. The Skyhook then uses your departing
malfunctioned main canopy as a super pilot chute to deploy your reserve canopy, taking
about 1 second from breakaway to line stretch (reserve canopy out of the bag). This is
3 to 4 times faster than a pilot chute can do alone, and means that the average sport
reserve can be open in 75 to 80 feet after breakaway. This puts the argument of which
rig has the fastest reserve deployment to bed forever.
The SkyHook sits inside your reserve container right under your reserve pilot chute.
The SkyHook Lanyard is approximately six inches long and branches off from the normal
RSL lanyard (red color). The SkyHook lanyard hooks on to the specially designed metal
"SkyHook" which is attached to your reserve freebag bridle, about five feet below the
pilot chute. If you disconnect the RSL, you also disconnect the Sky Hook.

We offer split rig coloring options. You may split the entire rig or just
sections of it.
